Stanotte, trasmessi anche da MTV Italia e MTV Music (canali 130 e 131 di Sky tutto in streaming su NOW sono stati consegnati gli MTV Movie & Tv Awards 2021 i pop corn d’oro del pubblico. Nella notte tra lunedì e martedì alle 3:00 ora italiana in diretta anche la versione per gli show Unscripted, reality e talent vari. La serata è in replica con sottotitoli stasera alle 21 sugli stessi canali.
Trionfo quasi inevitabile per mondo streaming e Marvel quando ha votare è il pubblico di MTV. Così nella serata che ha visto anche la consegna del Generation Award s Scarlett Johansson, Disney+ ha conquistato 7 premi 4 per WandaVision e 3 per Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Sul fronte film premiato Chadwick Boseman per l’interpretazione in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, il miglior film è stato Tua per Sempre To All the Boys: Always and Forever.
